Svitzer Simulator Housing Development Project 2024.
Project Management and Supervision on behalf of Svitzer Australia of an Office Building expansion project to house a new Tug Training Simulator.

Tippler Footbridge Repair
(Port of Newcastle) 2021/22.
The Tippler footbridge is a 90m long bridge, spanning 18 active train lines, connecting Carrington with the Hunter River foreshore at the eastern end of Elizabeth Street in Carrington, NSW.
The bridge was originally built in the 1960’s and its metal structure and concrete deck had deteriorated to a point that it needed significant structural and paint repairs.
Due to the difficult location within the ARTC rail corridor, the bridge was removed from site and repaired in an offsite facility.
The project also involved a complete upgrade to the Lighting and Electrical Infrastructure on the bridge.

ONE PM Role – Project Management and Site Supervision
Dockyard 2 Wharf Removal
(Port of Newcastle) 2021/22.
The Dockyard 2 Berth was a dilapidated wharf structure built in the 1960’s located on the Southern end of Dyke Point in the Port of Newcastle Carrington Precinct. Due to significant dilapidation the berth was condiment and needed to be removed.
The berth consisted of a concrete deck supported by steel piles. The structure was approx. 80m long and 10m wide, with 96 piles. The project presented significant Environmental risks as the berth was located within the Hunter River and close to Honeysuckle residents.
One Project Management successfully managed all aspects of the removal of the Dockyard 2 wharf structure, the piles and associated infrastructure on behalf of PON. Along with the reinstatement of the seawall after the berth was removed.

K2 Ship Unloader Project
(Port of Newcastle) 2021/22.
ONE Project Management were engaged by Port of Newcastle to oversee the delivery and commissioning of a new Bulk Cargo Ship Unloader at the K2 Berth at Kooragang NSW.
The new machine was delivered fully assembles via Heavy Lift vessel to K2. One Project Management provided the on-site PON Owners team personnel to assist with all key aspects of the project delivery on behalf of PON.
